According to him, this will be a pilot project in the Novgorod region with the
aim of introducing a network of such stations in the region. In addition,
polytechnicians received proposals for supply from Omsk, Krasnoyarsk,
Novosibirsk, Kemerovo regions and Kazakhstan. The cleaning technology, created
by polytechnicians, is selected for specific initial water quality in
settlements.
Earlier it was reported that the water treatment plants created in TPU are
booth-columns, which can clean up 36 "cubes" of water per day. The
water in such a station passes first mechanical purification from sand, then – ozonation to enhance the taste sensations, cleaning with carbon filters and
disinfection with an ultraviolet lamp.
