program of university "School of key researchers" at the Krasnoyarsk
Economic Forum (KEF) directed to training of heads of the scientific groups
capable to compete with world leaders and to work in the conditions of digital
economy, press service of university reports.
Earlier it was reported that the Tomsk and Novosibirsk regions were chosen
as pilot regions on realization of Scientific and Technological Development
Strategy of the Russian Federation (STDS) in March, 2018. One of the scientific
and technological revolutions models of STDS will be developed in Tomsk –
association of universities and startup community around them as a basis for
innovative development. For this purpose the region opens the educational
program "School of key researchers" in May.
"School of key researchers" is one of tools (of STDS) … Following
the results of the competition 64 scientists from all universities of Tomsk
working in the field of physics, chemistry, mathematics, biology and
biomedicine, information technologies becsme participants of the school …
Discussion of the project took place at the round table "Development of
the human resources potential of science: stake on talents" of the
KEF", – it is said in the statement.
According to Galazhinsky, educational programs, similar to "School of
key researchers", can be realized at the expense of the mechanisms of
interdepartmental coordination fulfilled in Tomsk within the INO Tomsk project.
It is about financial support of scientific teams and cycles of project sessions
where authorities, universities and business coordinate development of a
region.
"Key change which we should realize is a transition from
scientists-heroes who combine five-six roles in themselves – negotiations,
deduction of the scientific agenda, involvement of research and educational
personnel, financing – to technological and effective activity. <…> The
call is in reducing terms of training of scientific teams of 30 years to three
– six years", – the press service quotes Galazhinsky.
According to him, such task demands long-term strategy and cardinal
reorganization of instruments of support of scientific and innovative activity
in the region, it is said in the statement.
