Apr 18 – RIA Tomsk. Gazprom Neft Vostok expands
cooperation with the Tomsk producers: volumes of purchases of construction
materials and packaged equipment in the region increased in 2017 by eight times
in comparison with 2016, the press service of the enterprise reported.
According to the press service, Gazprom Neft Vostok summed up the
results of works with the Tomsk producers during the meeting with participation
of representatives of the local enterprises and the administration of the
region.
"There are all opportunities to realize hi-tech projects in the
Tomsk region. Local producers, universities and scientific institutes hear our
requirements and offer the developments within open dialogue. The collaboration
indicator is increase by eight times of volumes of purchases of construction
materials and packaged equipment", – the CEO of Gazprom Neft Vostok Victor
Misnik is quoted in the message.
The share of the Tomsk suppliers in the total amount of purchases of the
main materials and equipment necessary for Gazprom Neft Vostok grows annually.
If there were 29% of them in 2015, then following the results of the first
quarter 2017 it is already 56%. In the sector of capital construction the share
of the Tomsk organizations involved increased to 70%.

systemically in import substitution, to create competitive industrial output.
Due to development of the new production conforming to modern requirements of
large Russian holdings, such as Gazprom Neft, the Tomsk producers enter new
sales markets, the number of orders grows", – the vice governor Igor
Shaturny is quoted in the message.
Today Gazprom Neft Vostok cooperates with 20 enterprises of the region.
The Tomsk oil industry workers actively use production of local producers:
automated process control systems, systems of operational dispatch radio
communication, electric drives, shutoff valves, cables and conductors, measuring
devices, gas-signaling devices and spare parts to them and fuels and lubricants.
Earlier it was reported that the administration of the Tomsk region and
PJSC Gazprom Neft signed the road map on expansion of use of the Tomsk hi-tech
production on objects of the oil company in the summer of 2017. The document
was prolonged the term of the previous similar agreement till 2020 signed by
the Tomsk governor and the head of the company in 2013.
