© предоставлено компанией "Эскимос" TOMSK, Jun 5 – RIA Tomsk. More than 20 tons of plombiere ice cream and sorbet of the Tomsk company "Eskimos" went to retail chain stores of China within the pilot project
of the Chinese-Russian international transport route of the concept "One
Belt, One Road", the leading expert on foreign economic activity of the
“Eskimos” company Alexander Leshchev reported to RIA Tomsk.
According to him, the company is engaged in development of the Chinese
market for more than three years. Recently "Eskimos" concluded the
large contract for delivery of hundreds of tons of ice cream to China in 2018.
"We got to the first caravan very successfully which went to China
within the pilot project of the Chinese-Russian international transport route
within the concept "One Belt, One Road"... The caravan, which passes
through different regions of Russia, consists of 20 cars... We sent the first
22 tons (of ice cream) within our large contract", – Leshchev told.
The interlocutor of the agency noted that it was succeeded to get to the
international caravan with assistance of the Center of Export Support operating
on the basis of the Tomsk Chamber of Commerce and Industry and also with the
assistance of Administration of the region and the Ministry of Economic
Development. "Cars with goods undergo the procedure of the accelerated
customs registration. And they will arrive to the Chinese border already in
couple of days", - he said.
As it was specified for RIA Tomsk in the Tomsk Center of Export Support,
the volume of the ice cream exported from the Tomsk region to China for the
first quarter 2018 increased more than twice.
