TOMSK, Feb 17 – RIA Tomsk. Rosatom fuel company
"TVEL" invests up to 7 million rubles in each new production in
Seversk (closed satellite town of Tomsk); according to results of business
accelerator (applications are accepted until February 20), enterprises may
become residents of the territory of advanced development "Seversk",
the representative of "TVEL" told RIA Tomsk.
Earlier it was reported that the territory of advanced
socio-economic development (TASED, or TAD) "Seversk" was established
in Seversk with specialization in high-tech chemistry, medical industry,
nuclear materials, mechanical engineering and IT. It is expected that private
investment will be about 12 billion rubles. TASED residents will be exempted
from a number of taxes.

According to the press service of the Siberian
Chemical Plant (SCP, included into the fuel company of Rosatom
"TVEL"), business projects for the opening of non-nuclear production
in Seversk will receive support from the new structure - "TVEL"
business accelerator. It aims to reduce up to nine months the cycle from the
idea to the receipt of a prototype of the product.
As the director of business accelerator Stanislav
Krechetov explained RIA Tomsk, "TVEL" is ready to invest in new
businesses and develop them. The amount of funding for the acceleration of
prototype models - is no more than 7 million rubles. As part of this program
experts check the prospects for a new product on the market and help develop
the financial architecture of a business project.
"To become a resident of TASED, it is necessary
to be financially stable. At the same time, many who start work do not feel
this strength. And here we help our potential resident partners to test their
strength in business and improve their financial and economic indicators",
– the interlocutor of the agency told.
He added that the business accelerator is working in
the cities where "TVEL" is present. Applications will be completed on
February 20, 2019, and the selection of projects will be held on March 12. Not
only Tomsk citizens can offer ideas for new production in Seversk: "For
example, there is a team in Moscow which is interested in the (production)
areas of Seversk. Please, you are welcome - we place there, jointly finance,
build production together".
