TOMSK, Jul 15 - RIA Tomsk, Maria Maslyaeva. The process of power transfer to the regional authorities to manage the special economic zone (SEZ) "Tomsk" will be completed within a month, they expect to resume work on creation of exhibition, engineering center and other infrastructure objects in the third quarter of 2019, the press service of the regional administration reported on Monday.
Earlier it was reported that the transfer from the federal to the regional level of authority to manage the SEZ began in the summer of 2017. Because of this it was necessary to postpone the launch of two new buildings in the SEZ - the exhibition center and engineering center, the construction of which began in 2015. The exhibition center was planned to be launched in the second quarter of 2019, the engineering center - in the fourth quarter of 2020.
"The Bank of Russia made a decision on the state registration of an additional issue of ordinary registered uncertified shares of the "SEZ TVT Tomsk" JSC - this is the final stage of the process of transferring authority for managing the SEZ to the regional level", - is said in the statement.

It is added that within a month objects of unfinished construction at the "Severnaya" ("Northern") and "Yuzhnaya" ("Southern") sites of the special economic zone "Tomsk" and funds for their completion will be transferred to the authorized capital of JSC "SEZ TVT" Tomsk.
"The transfer of assets will allow to resume resumption of work on the creation of the exhibition center, engineering center and other infrastructure facilities in the third quarter of 2019", - the deputy governor for investment policy and property relations Yuri Gurdin is quoted in the message.
Earlier it was also reported that the volume of investments of the residents of the SEZ "Tomsk" in their production during its existence reached by the end of 2018 the level of budget expenditures for the construction and development of the SEZ - 14 billion rubles. According to the Investment portal of the region, as of June 1, 2019, 56 companies are residents of the Tomsk SEZ.
