TOMSK, Feb 26 – RIA Tomsk. Pro Science Week and XI
International Scientific and Practical Conference on investments, urban
planning and real estate to be held at Tomsk State University of Architecture
and Building (TSUAB) from 2 to 4 March; it will bring together scientists,
experts, students from Russia, CIS countries and Great Britain, the
university's press service said.
"From 2 to 4 March TSUAB will hold a set of
scientific and educational events: Pro Science Week and the XI International
Scientific and Practical Conference "Investments, Urban Development, Real
Estate as Drivers of Socio-Economic Development of the Territory and Improving
the Quality of Life of the Population", – says the message.
It is noted that the program includes a plenary
session and the work of eight sections: six profile sections, student section
and school section. The event will include a business game and a regional
student competition in the areas of training "Industrial and Civil
Construction" and "Expertise and Real Estate Management".

The plenary session will be attended by
representatives of TSUAB, administration of the Tomsk region, Ural Federal
University, the Siberian Institute of Management, as well as Professor Kenneth
Gibb, Director of the UK Collaborative Centre for Housing Evidence at the
University of Glasgow (UK).
"Pro Science Week will bring together scientists,
practitioners, young researchers and students from different cities of Russia,
the CIS countries and the UK, who will exchange research results, talk about
new projects, and discuss current problems in scientific discussions at the
TSUAB venues", – adds the release.
The opening ceremony will take place on March 2 at
14.00 in the conference hall of the Academic Council of TSUAB (room 303, second
building, third floor). The detailed program can be found on the TSUAB website
in the "Events" section. The organizers are TSUAB, National
Association of Surveyors and Designers, SRO "Tomsk Design
Association" and Analitika ("Analytics") Scientific and Expert
Bureau.
