Tomsk universities of the second stage of program of Minobrnauki Priority 2030
get special grants: classical (TSU) and polytechnic (TPU) – almost 1 billion
rubles, University of Control Systems and Radioelectronics (TUSUR) – 426
million, Siberian State Medical University (SSMU) – 142 million, Telegram
channel of the Ministry reported.
Earlier it was reported
that the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation
selected 106 universities at the first stage, which will receive 100 million
rubles each under the Priority 2030 program. They are TSU, TPU, TUSUR and SSMU.
In October, they defended their development programs in order to receive
special grants of up to 1 billion rubles in the second stage of the state
program competition.
"46 universities from
22 subjects of all federal districts of the country became recipients of a
special part of the Priority 2030 grant. The winners of the first group will
receive 994 million rubles by the end of 2022, the second – 426 million rubles,
the third – 142 million rubles," the report said.
According to the telegram
channel, TSU and TPU were included in the first group of winners in the
direction of "Research Leadership." In total, 18 universities will
receive grants in this track.
In turn, TUSUR and SSMU,
following the results of the second stage of the competition, were recognized
as winners in the track "Territorial and (or) industry leadership".
At the same time, TUSUR entered the second group, and SSMU – the third. In
total, 28 universities will receive grants in this area.
"The funds of the
special part of the grant will be brought to the recipients within a
week," the Ministry of Science and Higher Education added in the message.
