process.
"I consider that very great value in a solution of waste problem
plays ecological education. And it is very important that children had an
opportunity to solve the problems connected with waste processing, with ecology
in general. In this sphere we (Tomsk and Tokyo) have a lot of to learn each
other – how to organize educational process, process of the report of

He also added that local authorities have to play a major role in such
educational process. "Once again I want to note a role of municipalities
in ecological education. (In Japan) ecological lessons at schools are conducted

Sayto specified.
