"Such assessment of the university is especially important for us
because in recent years the countries of BRICS grow very intensively. <…>
These countries pay huge attention to development of education, creation of
universities of world class, advance in rankings today. In this sense our
intensive advance says that we continue dynamic development", – the press
service cites words of the rector Eduard Galazhinsky.

BRICS, particulary with India and China, for TSU is priority. High positions of
TSU in the ranking by which entrants from BRICS countries are guided will allow
the university to attract even more foreign students.
As reported in turn in TPU, the university also actively develops
cooperation with universities of the countries of BRICS. Tomsk Polytechnic
University cooperates with universities of China for more than 15 years.
