TOMSK, Oct 29 – RIA Tomsk. Tomsk Polytechnic University (TPU) will hold the international forum on student technological entrepreneurship in November; its participants will formulate recommendations on entrepreneurship education in the country's universities, which will be sent to the Ministry of Education and Science, the press service of the university reports on Monday.
It is specified that the "Student Technology Entrepreneurship" forum will be held from 14 to 16 November. It will bring together experts from universities, corporations, venture funds, and authorities. Registration of participants is carried out on the website of the event.
"The purpose of the forum – is to discuss and summarize the best practices of education and the formation of entrepreneurial competencies among students of the technical directions, exchange experiences and develop recommendations on entrepreneurship education in universities of the country. The developed recommendations will be presented to the Ministry of Education and Science", – is said in the message.

According to the organizers, the forum participants will formulate what the student technology entrepreneurship is and will discuss what needs to be done to increase the quantity and quality of student startups.
"In addition, one of the main topics of the forum will be the exchange of the best practices in the development of entrepreneurial thinking and spirit", – the head of the School of Engineering Entrepreneurship Stepan Khachin is quoted in the report.
Within the framework of the forum will take place the discussion “Role of universities in the development of the student technological entrepreneurship ecosystem”, round tables on the practice of introducing student technical enterprises, the “10K: Ideas for Life” competition of business projects and other events.
