TOMSK, May 15 – RIA Tomsk. The administration of the Tomsk region on Wednesday at the U-NOVUS
forum signed an agreement with the Russian digital service provider Rostelecom,
the Clover Group developer and the "Association of Technological Circles
members", a non-profit organization (NPO), the correspondent of RIA Tomsk
reported from the scene.
Earlier it was reported that U-NOVUS-2019 will be held
in Tomsk from May 15 to 17, with representatives of industrial enterprises,
innovative business, universities and academic institutions taking part in it.
The forum has a practical focus. Workshops, lectures and other events will be
held for participants and citizens.
According to the correspondent, on Wednesday, May 15,
three agreements were signed within the framework of the forum.
In particular, the regional administration concluded
the agreement with Clover Group LLC on the establishment of an R&D center
of the company in the region. According to the text of the document,
cooperation with Tomsk universities and scientific organizations is supposed to
"deepen competences at the intersection of physics, mathematics and data
science with the involvement of partner companies from the energy, engineering,
transport, instrument making sectors".
According to the SPARK-Interfax analytical system, the
Clover Group is a small company with 44 employees. The main activity profile is
the development of computer software. The company's revenues in 2018 amounted
to 19.5 million rubles. The composite index of business risks for potential
partners - is low.

Also the governor of the Tomsk region Sergei Zhvachkin
and the mayor of Tomsk Ivan Klein signed an agreement with Rostelecom on joint
work in the sphere of digitalization of the municipal economy.
According to the third agreement, a non-profit
organization "Association of Technological Circles members" will work
with the regional representatives on the National Technology Initiative (NTI)
roadmap and the "Circle Movement" program, the part of which are the
NTI Olympiad, "Mentor School" and other projects.
Earlier it was reported that the NTI Olympiad - is the
All-Russian Engineering Olympiad for schoolchildren of 9-11 grades. Its
directions were chosen on the basis of the National Technology Initiative - the
program of Russia's global technological leadership by 2035.
